These Terms & Conditions govern your use of WeGetOil.com and your submission of commercial service requests through WeGetOil. By using this website or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

For messaging registration purposes, WeGetOil is registered under the messaging brand WeGetOil A2P Brand.

WeGetOil Service

WeGetOil provides a commercial service-request, lead-routing, and service-connection platform. Businesses may use WeGetOil.com to request information or assistance concerning commercial oil, lubricant, fluid recovery, recycling, cleaning, vacuum, environmental, and related commercial services and products.

WeGetOil may evaluate information submitted through the website and route or refer a request to an appropriate service provider, supplier, contractor, affiliated service operation, or other business partner.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, WeGetOil does not guarantee that it will directly perform a requested service.

Service Requests

Submitting a request through WeGetOil.com does not create a service contract and does not guarantee:

  • Acceptance of a service request
  • Scheduling or response time
  • Pricing
  • Product availability
  • Eligibility for a particular service

Information submitted through WeGetOil may be used and disclosed as described in our Privacy Policy, including when reasonably necessary to evaluate, route, or respond to your commercial service request.

SMS Terms

If you voluntarily select the SMS consent option when submitting a service request, you agree to receive text messages from WeGetOil regarding that request.

Messages may include:

  • Confirmation that your service request was received
  • Questions or follow-up concerning your request
  • Service-related status information
  • Communications necessary to coordinate or respond to the requested service

SMS consent is optional and is not required to submit a service request.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS communications. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation that your opt-out request has been processed.

Consent to receive SMS messages applies to service-related communications from WeGetOil associated with your request. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Email and Telephone Communications

By providing contact information as part of a commercial service request, you authorize WeGetOil and, where appropriate, the service provider or supplier handling the request to contact you regarding that request using the contact information you supplied, subject to applicable law.

SMS communications from WeGetOil are subject to the separate SMS consent provisions above.

WeGetOil is not responsible for the acts, omissions, pricing, contractual terms, warranties, representations, or performance of an independent third-party provider.
